Wolfrum Roofing & Exteriors is a full-service exterior envelope contractor. Headquartered in Delaware, OH, we provide commercial, industrial and institutional roofing, exteriors and railing services in Central Ohio and the surrounding areas. In 2022, we were named a Columbus Business First Fast 50 honoree for the 6th year in a row.

Joe Wolfrum

President

Joseph started in the commercial roofing industry in 1995. Over the years, he advanced and learned his craft from some of the best professionals in the commercial roofing industry.

Joe founded Wolfrum Roofing & Exteriors in 2010 during the great recession. Through his determination and commitment to those around him, Wolfrum Roofing & Exteriors has become one of the premier roofing & exterior contractors in Central Ohio.

Marty Cline

VP of Estimating

Marty provides leadership for all aspects of our estimating department.

During his 20+ years in the commercial roofing industry Marty has developed a strong sense of organizational methods and customer service while holding positions in estimating, production, and operations.

Marty holds an Associates Degree from the University of Akron & Columbus State Community College

Pete Luka

Division Manager – Roofing

With over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, Pete oversees the roofing division at Wolfrum as well as manages some of our most complicated projects.

Pete holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toledo as well as a Master’s Degree from the University of Findlay.

Jeff Rothenbuhler

Division Manager – Exteriors

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Jeff has held positions as both Estimator and Project Manager here at Wolfrum and currently manages our exteriors division.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology and Construction Management from Bowling Green State University.

Arash Hassanzadeh

Project Manager – Roofing

Arash brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to WRE, Arash managed roofing and exterior projects for a remodeling company in the DC Metropolitan area.

Arash holds a-Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University.

Desmond Polk

Estimator

Prior to WRE, Desmond spent 10 years in mortgage banking loan origination. Eight years being with JPMorgan Chase and prior to that, two years with CFBank. Prior to his departure from Chase, he held a Senior Relocation position within Mortgage Relocation Services.

Desmond holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a Business minor from Ohio University.

Bryan Smith

Estimator

Bryan has recently been promoted to Estimator here at Wolfrum. Prior to this, Bryan led our service team as our Service Manager and was a Foreman in our Service department.  Before joining Wolfrum Bryan held numerous positions at another commercial roofing company such as Project Manager, Estimator and Foreman.

Bryan brings nearly 15 years of commercial roofing experience to WRE.

Kendra Guttendorf

Human Resources Manager

Kendra joins us as our Human Resources Manager. She began her HR career in 2017 at a tech startup and since then has held roles as a HR Generalist and HR Business partner. She is knowledgeable in HR areas such as benefit administration, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management

Kendra has been active in the United States Army Reserve since 2011 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from Franklin University.

Steve Holtz

Service Manager

Steve joins WRE after 20 years of both commercial and residential roofing experience, 10 of which were managing crews up to 20+ crewmembers from Pennsylvania to Ohio. Steve also has his OSHA 30-hour certification.

Steve joins WRE to manage our Service Department.

Matt Weber

Sheet Metal Facilities Manager

Prior to WRE, Matt spent over 23 years in the automotive industry and held several managerial positions.

Matt manages both our Delaware and Waldo offices as well as the day-to-day operations of both warehouses and their staff.  Matt is also our lead metal fabricator in our Delaware warehouse.

Jenny Luka

Marketing Manager

After college Jenny spent 5 years as a corporate recruiter for Capital One and Robert Half International.  Prior to joining WRE, Jenny spent 13 years in Marketing for several Construction Management and Architecture firms in both Ohio and Virginia.

Jenny received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.

Liz Kelly

Bookkeeper

Liz has over 12 years of experience Bookkeeping & Accounting experience with the majority of her experience in the Roofing/Construction industry.

Liz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Urbana University.

Matt Rentenberg

AP/AR & Payroll Manager

Matt joins our accounting department with 9 years of office support and accounting experience.  Prior to Wolfrum, Matt has held several office positions including Payroll Administrator, Office Manager & Operations Manager.

Matt brings knowledge of numerous accounting and payroll systems.
